Our fair is predominantly B2B (business to business) orientated and is primarily open to industry professionals.
The aim is to establish business contacts between exhibitors and purchasing delegations, distributors, health agencies, insurance companies and professional buyers from Kosovo, Albania, North Macedonia, Montenegro and neighbouring countries.

Will you have a hosted buyer programme?Yes. Within the scope of our fair, a hosted buyer programme will be implemented to host selected professional buyers from the region. The buyers accepted to the programme will be provided with pre-planned B2B meeting organisation support in line with the determined criteria and quotas.

Where will the premiere be?The gala night to be organised within the scope of the fair will be held at Emerald Hotel Pristina. Gala programme, hours and detailed address information will be sent to all exhibitors via e-mail and official announcements close to the fair date.

Can we get discounted service from your contracted hotel through you?Yes, we do. We have contracted hotels that offer special advantages for our exhibitors and visitors. What are the visiting hours?Our fair will be open to visitors between 5-6 December 2025 between 10.00 - 18.00 every day. In case of possible changes in visiting hours, updated information will be announced on our website and official social media accounts.

How many days in advance should we arrive for the fair set-up?The stand installation process will be started 1 day before the start date of the fair. It is recommended that our exhibitors be in the area on 4 December 2025 in order to meet their technical needs such as stand installation, electricity, internet, logistics, etc.
